1. Use of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use our Service. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree not to misuse or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the Service.
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the payroll data you input.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Vela Labs and its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of our Service without our prior written consent.

3. Payment and Subscription

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription plan. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time with reasonable notice.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vela Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Vela Labs operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
